SMT Parallel Transfer Machine
The SMT parallel transfer machine is widely used in the connection process between SMT production lines and component insertion lines. It is compatible with PCB board widths of 50-280mm and a maximum board length of 450mm. The machine has a load capacity of 2KG and ensures smooth conveying without damaging the boards.
The machine's conveying height is 900±50mm, adaptable to most factory production line layouts. It supports multiple switching modes including two-in-one-out, one-in-two-out, and two-in-two-out, flexibly matching different production line plans.
The machine adopts a thickened chain drive structure, ensuring low noise operation, smooth transmission, and long service life. Non-standard sizes and functions can be customized according to customer's site conditions to improve overall production line efficiency and reduce production line layout costs. Where It Is Used
This equipment handles board movement, flipping, or buffering within automated SMT lines. It helps reduce the number of times an operator needs to touch a board, which lowers the risk of damage and keeps cycle times predictable.

Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
