SMT Single-Rail Automatic Width Adjustment Connector
Features a 4mm wide pulley drive design, ensuring smooth conveying, minimal deviation, low noise, durability, and stable operation, making it resistant to damage even after prolonged use.
It has a built-in automatic width adjustment function, eliminating the need for tedious manual adjustments and facilitating quick line changes, significantly improving production efficiency.
Rated load capacity of 2KG, meeting the conveying needs of standard PCB circuit boards;
Equipped with two standard specifications:
① Board width 50-350mm, dimensions 600*700*1000mm
② Board width 50-460mm, dimensions 600*900*1000mm.
The conveying height is uniformly adjustable from 900±50mm, easily connecting to upstream and downstream SMT equipment.
Multiple body length options: 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, complete specifications.

Where It Is Used
This conveyor transfers PCBs between stations in an SMT line. It supports standard board sizes and can be arranged to fit different line layouts. The drive system is built for continuous operation with minimal maintenance.

Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
